Daniel Trampe
DIRECTOR

For more than a decade in the construction industry, and 7 years in property and development, Daniel Trampe has been creating wealth through property.

Daniel began his journey in 2016 sourcing land and building single dwellings through strong relationships with a small boutique builder. This was the spring board to amassing a property portfolio of significant size and enabled Daniel to begin focusing on the larger property development opportunities, from duplexes to townhouses, where his expertise and passion lies.

Along with a strong financial acumen, Daniel has been leading a team of 12-20 employees. So, he knows how paramount effective communication is, bringing this skill to property development to engage a broad spectrum of contractors such as town planners, accountants, conveyancers, architects, engineers, interior designers, tradespeople and real estate agents to produce profits from development projects in a time efficient manner.

If there is one thing that Daniel learnt with a decade of experience in the construction industry it’s that challenges inevitably rise and go ‘part in parcel’ with the territory. Being transparent, while working quickly and creatively to solve any problems that show up is what he prides himself in.
